I have gone with a 4-4-2 formation because I think it will work better in division two. I have also put my faith in Leon Jeanne to partner Earnshaw up-front because I think he can become a future star. I also think division 2 requires skill and pace rather than muscle and height. Trust me It will be like having two Michael Owens on the pitch at the same time.
